Noah’s Ark Foundation is a non–profit organization founded
in 2004 in Orlando Florida. It started with the goal of
helping young needy or orphan children to meet their basic
needs of food, clothing, shelter and education.
The
families of these children live in the slums next to a city dumping
areas near the Paraguayan river. Sanitary conditions are very unhealthy,
a breathing grounds for mosquitoes, rats and other disease carriers.
The action plan of Noah’s Ark is to help financially fund and support
charities and institutions such as the Arco Iris Foundation, which is
involved in the creation of a village on the outskirts of Asuncion,
Paraguay. These two institutions are totally autonomous but are both
working towards evangelizing needy people, by helping them out of
poverty, imprisonment and homelessness.
Noah’s Ark Christian Ministries plans to establish and implement funding
from several sources, such as the book sale, donations by corporations
and individuals and later from the sale of Paraguayan arts and craft
products manufactured by local residents.
There are two primarily goals to achieve; education and evangelization
to create productive citizens with high moral principles in the
Christian Faith.
